Rest assured that we will not proceed with any work before calling you with an estimate for your authorization. All estimates are complementary and no-obligation.

 

Questions about your specific Manufacturer’s warranty should be referred to their individual website or the booklet contained in your original product packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to service my watch?

It can often take 6-8 weeks to diagnose, get parts in and perform a repair. It is not uncommon, if necessary to send your piece directly to the manufacturer, to take longer. In many cases it can take 4 weeks or less, depending on the exact nature of your repair and the availability of parts. Service time absolutely varies from case to case- we will contact you within 5 days of your watch arriving to our facility with our best completion time estimate as well as a price estimate. Please note that completion times are just an estimate and by no means binding, and are dependent on many factors, sometimes out of our control. We will always work our hardest to get your piece back to you in as timely a manner as possible- we certainly understand how much you miss wearing your watch when it is away!

Will I receive a confirmation number?

Yes. Your Service ID Number can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email after submitting a service form. Please check your spam folder as confirmation emails can often end up there accidentally.

I don't see my watch on your list... can I still send it in?

We are currently only servicing the brands listed on our Maintenance Service page should you not hold a Swiss Repair Warranty.

How does shipping work?

Customers are responsible for shipping costs in both directions. Return shipping will be collected through a secure checkout when you fill out a service ticket here on the site. Insurance will be included for the return shipping- please be sure to properly insure your shipment for its journey to us.
